The upcoming edition of Art Dubai will take place in our iconic home at Madinat Jumeirah in 2026. The fair will present exciting new global perspectives across four sections: Bawwaba, Digital, Zamaniyyat and Bawwaba Extended, as well as extensive parallel programming including new major artist commissions, performances, talks, workshops and educational programmes.

Art Dubai stands as the pre-eminent art fair for the region, championing the artists, galleries and collectors whose ideas and practices are shaping the art world’s future. The 2026 gallery programme brings together more than 100 modern, contemporary, and digital presentations from over 35 countries. With 36 first-time exhibitors and strong presentation from the Middle East, North Africa, Latin America and South Asia, the fair’s multidisciplinary and multicultural line-up reflects the momentum and character of Dubai.

TALKS AND CONFERENCES


Art Dubai has the most extensive talks programme of any international art fair, bringing together a diverse range of experts from Modern Arab scholars to international artists, innovators and the world’s brightest minds. This year’s programme featured the renowned Global Art Forum, entitled “The New New Normal”; the second edition of Art Dubai Digital’s Digital Summit, alongside a new series of Conversations with Artists and Collector and Modern Talks.

EXHIBITIONS


Leading international artists presented a series of site-specific works and interventions, including performances at the fair by Mexican artist Héctor Zamora; a large-scale installation by New-York based artist Ania Soliman created in response to Beirut’s ongoing energy crisis; and a new project by Total Arts at the Courtyard made from found objects.

EDUCATION


The UAE’s largest education programme, the A.R.M Holding Children’s Programme, returned for its 5th edition this year. The 2025 programme was led by Peju Alatise, who represented Nigeria at the 2017 Venice Biennale and Alia Hussain Lootah, an Emirati artist and educator. Featuring a collaboration with two artists for the first time, the programme celebrated local ecosystems, exploring ecologies through different artistic lenses.

DIGITAL INSTALLATIONS AND SITE-SPECIFIC WORKS


Digital installations including works by Ouchhh Studio, Breakfast, Jacopo Di Cera, and HX Collective debuted at Art Dubai 2025. A series of works exploring how human-made creations can divert our attention from pressing environmental, social, cultural and political issues.

AFTER DARK


Each night of the fair, the Art Bar hosts After Dark, inviting some of the best up-and-coming DJs from around the world and locally, spotlighting a diverse mix of disco, funk, and world dance music.
